Clean them with dry cotton material.
Put them in plastic zip lock bag when you are not wearing them to avoid scratches.
No contact with water.

Here's an easy way to clean jewelry, using Toothpaste and cold water to gently remove dirt and tarnish silver. Using soft cloth to remove the water. Your jewelry should be bright and shinning. I have not try it on pearl yet. This method is for both silver and gold.
